PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable use in a small pipe without possible risk of destroying occlusion or reopening it at the final stage of treatment with effectiveness for the coagulation of blood and tubes by achieving visibility and biological compatibility to enable removal at a desired site and directional control. ;SOLUTION: An AC signal source 26 is electrically connected to a carrier wire and a removable coil 14 to provide a heating energy source of the coil. The removable coil 14 is removable by electrolysis or mechanically. When a specified electric coagulation is caused, a DC signal source 34 is electrically connected to the removable coil 14 through a switching circuit 28 and the AC signal source 26 is turned off.
