PURPOSE: To extremely easily and efficiently resect the gingiva and mucous membrane, etc., to prescribed sizes and shapes by forming a punching blade for gingiva punching to the front end of a cylindrical member having the shape and size corresponding to an implant to be implanted into an alveolar bone covered with the gingiva. ;CONSTITUTION: The top end of the cylindrical member 2 as a cylindrical member consisting of a metallic material, etc., is embedded and fixed into the bottom end of a columnar holding member 1. The cylindrical member 2 has the shape and size corresponding to the implant to be implanted into the alveolar bone covered with the gingiva and is formed with the sharp punching blade 3 for gingiva punching at its bottom end. Further, external screw threads 4 are cut on the outer periphery of the columnar holding member 1 and are made screwable into a resector holder.
