PURPOSE: To obtain a straw-collecting and binding device of the discharged straw-binding machine for binding the threshed and discharged straws, capable of preventing the bound straws from bringing out non-bound straws, when the bound straws are released. ;CONSTITUTION: In the straw-collecting and binding device 2 for collecting threshed and discharged straws 1 and binding the collected straws, a bringing- out-preventing plate 4 receiving the discharged straws 1, elastically directed toward the upper surface of a collecting, delivering and receiving plate 3, formed in an approximately V-shape on the view in the straw body direction, and interrupted between the collecting and delivering part A and the binding part B on the collecting, delivering and receiving plate 3, and downward curved to prevent the collected and bound straws from bringing out the collected, delivered and discharged straws.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1996,JPO
