(57) Abstract Manner for converting the glycoside displacement conversion taxanes which reach to taxol and the close chemical compound which can work as a precursive body of the taxol. This manner includes the oxidation of the glycoside displacement conversion taxanes in order to convert the glycoside to the hydroxyl basis. This oxidation may go under existing of the Acid, or Acid treatment may continue. Application of manner to 7 kishiroshirutakisoru (XT) brings the taxol. Application to the other glycoside displacement conversion taxanes formation obtains the chemical compound which bears the precursive body of the taxol. This manner includes the formation of the fixed new taxol close intermediate chemical compound which possesses hemiarudaru in the C7 region with respect to taxane ring, this hemiarudaru can make convert to with the taxol or taxol precursive body. The glycoside displacement conversion taxanes accompanying the taxol from natural biomath, because it can be isolated, the conversion which reaches to that taxol which utilizes the manner of the main invention raises the overall yield of the taxol from the natural beginning significantly.
