PURPOSE: To reduce a construction cost and manufacture a large-sized wall panel by welding frames to rigidly build them into a framing, and fixing the framing monolithically to a wall panel slab with joint fasteners through an achor bolt. ;CONSTITUTION: Frames 1 and 2 are welded to build them into a structural framing. At that time, a channel steel with high rigidity is used for the frame 1, and a flat bar with a high out-of-plane rigidity and a low in-plane rigidity is used for the frame 2. The frames are monolithically fixed to a wall panel slab 6 with joint fasteners 3 and 3' through an anchor bolt 3b fixed in advance. At that time, two fasteners 3 on both ends are used for oblong holes 3d, and weight of the wall panel slab 6 is borne on the frames 1 and 2, and others are used for round holes 3d, and the anchor bolt 3b can be moved only by layer displacement.
