PURPOSE: To prevent powder/grains from sticking to the vane surface by force- feeding the powder/grains along the axial direction of a rotor in the space portion surrounded by vanes and a casing inner wall, and pushing the powder/ grains to a pipe from a discharge port with the high-pressure air ejected from an air inflow port. ;CONSTITUTION: The powder/grains dropping into a lower chamber 2 are received and rotated in the space between the vanes of a rotary feeder main body 9. The space gradually approaches an air inflow port 14, and the powder/grains on the surface of the left vane are scattered to a discharge port by the injected air. High-pressure air flows as a jet over the whole space. The powder/grains can be continuously force-fed from a discharge port 16 via a transportation pipe 17 without interruption.
