ECCENTRIC WELDLESS PIN CONNECTION STRUCTURE FOR ANGULAR STEEL PIPE COLUMN AND H-STEEL BEAM

PURPOSE: To weldlessly connect an angular steel pipe column and an H-steel beam while the pillar center and beam center are staggered, shorten the manufacturing/machining time, save labor, and improve connection quality. ;CONSTITUTION: The bottom piece 23a of a split tee 23 is connected to the outer face of an angular steel pipe pillar 21 with one-side bolts 1 at a position where the rise piece 23b of the split tee 23 is biased from the pillar center O1. The web 22a of an H-steel beam 22 is connected to the side face of the rise piece 23b on the outside of the eccentric direction by high-strength bolts 26. The split tee 23 may be used while the one side portion of the bottom piece 23a is cut narrowly in width. An angle member may be used in place of the split tee 23.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1996,JPO
