PURPOSE: To prevent the spreading of a fire between neighboring living quarters in the vertical direction, and prevent the spreading of the fire between neighboring living quarters in the lateral direction. ;CONSTITUTION: A lower floor building unit 10 has an overceiling border wall 24 and a living room border wall 44, while an upper floor building unit 1 has an in-ceiling party wall 24, a living room border wall 44, and an underfloor border wall 36, respectively. Between the lower floor building unit 10 and the upper floor building unit 1, a fireproof floor member 31 is placed being supported by the upper floor building unit 1. The positions of the underfloor border wall 36 and the in-ceiling party wall 24 of this fireproof floor member 31 are continued each other.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1996,JPO
