PURPOSE: To achieve compact configuration and mass production of laser elements by utilizing the principle for obtaining blue-green color laser light, after exiting the electrons of a second element to a second energy level by using the photoacoustic energy obtained after the electrons of the first element have been excited to a first energy level as an exciting source. ;CONSTITUTION: When intense exciting light is applied from the outside on the electrons of a base energy level E0, the electrons of a first element are excited and transfer to a first excited level E1. Photoacoustic energy is obtained by energy absorption in the falling process to a lower ground energy level E0. The electrons of the ground energy level E0 of second atoms, to which this energy is transmitted, floats up to a high second exited energy level E2. The blue-green color optical energy is discharged during the falling to a lower energy state again.
