Single suction centrifugal pumping installation null for high purity liquid transport

PURPOSE:To provide a single suction centrifugal pump device for transferring a high-purity liquid, that prevents generation of dust by sliding motion within the pump and rejects impurities to the inside of the pump. CONSTITUTION:A rotating portion wherein an impeller 5 is fitted over a main shaft 6, a series of fixed portions including a casing member 1 and a bearing leg body 4, and a mechanical seal, are disposed outside a pump. Inside the pump, a pumped liquid retention portion is reduced excessively and the fitting portions of the impeller 5 and an impeller nut 7 are sealed by means of packing 19 so as not to make contact with liquids.
