PURPOSE: To extrusion mold liquid crystal resin composite material having a thick diameter without necessity of separately providing a combining unit at the downstream side of an extrusion die by imparting the orientation effect in the die. CONSTITUTION: A method for extrusion molding a liquid crystal resin composite material comprises the steps of extrusion molding material resin obtained by mixing thermoplastic matrix resin and thermoplastic liquid crystal resin at a mixing ratio capable of compounding the liquid crystal resin in fibrous state in the matrix resin at the temperature of the range from the lowest moldable temperature of the matrix resin to the liquid crystal transition temperature or higher of the liquid crystal resin The material resin is fluidized toward the downstream side in an extrusion die having a die hole reduced in its crosssectional area as the resin is transferred from the upstream side to the downstream side, thereby extrusion molding the composite material while orienting in the die.
