PURPOSE: To open and close an upper and lower independence type blind in response to the object of utilization such as glare protection, a blind, etc., by partially conducting the lifting/lowering of each slat at an upper stage and a lower stage and the adjustment of the angles of the slats by a slat lifting/ lowering operating cord and a rotary operating rod respectively. ;CONSTITUTION: An upper stage section is composed of a head box 1 and a plurality of slats 4 among bottom rails 2 for an upper stage and a lower stage section of a plurality of slats 5 and a bottom rail 3 for a lower stage. When the lower stage is glare-protected or an angle is adjusted at that time, a rotary operating rod 10 is operated, and the angles of the slats 4 at the upper stage are adjusted by operating a rotary operating rod 20. Accordingly, a lower half is opened completely and the angles of the slats 5 in a lower half can be controlled as an upper half is left as it is shielded.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1996,JPO
