METHOD OF FIXING JETTED PARTICLE DIAMETER ON QUANTITATIVE JETTING OF JETTING FLUID USING LIQUEFIED HIGH PRESSURE GAS AS PROPELLENT, QUANTITATIVE JETTING VALVE AND JETTING NOZZLE AND JETTING DEVICE USING SAME
PURPOSE: To weigh a jetting fluid which an agent to be jetted is added to liquefied high pressure gas for a propellent to form in mid-way of its flow and to atomize it with particle diameter according to a use object. ;CONSTITUTION: A jetting fluid which an agent to be jetted is added to liquefied high pressure gas for a propellent to form is weighed in mid-way of its flow, and the weighed jetting fluid is rapidly discharged. A quantitative jetting valve 1 has a valve box 2, the 1st and the 2nd valves 3, 4 engaged with each other, and a weighing chamber 5 formed into the valve box 2 between both the valves. Both the valves are positioned on the upstream and the downstream sides of an outflow passage 7 passing through the valve box, and the outflow passage is opened and closed by moving valve pins 8, 9 having different closing area and using them in cooperation with ring packings 10, 11. For both the valves, when the 1st valve 3 is dosed, the 2nd valve 4 is opened to make the weighing chamber communicate with a downstream side 7b, and when the 1st valve 3 is opened, the 2nd valve 4 is closed to make the weighing chamber communicate with an upstream side 7a.
