PURPOSE: To allow anyone to perform work without requiring any skill, eliminate the possibility of damaging an internal cable, and improve the workability. ;CONSTITUTION: The ground surface is excavated to expose a pipe 4 in the ground, clamps 3 are mounted on the circumference of a fixed longitudinal width of the pipe 4, respectively, a slide rail 2 is fixed by clamps 3 in parallel to the pipe 4, a slide cutter body 5 is fitted to the slide rail 2 in such a manner as to be capable of sliding, and one side of the outer circumference of the pipe 4 is longitudinally cut by a rotary cutter provided on the slide cutter body 5, and the blade of a crushing tool is pressed along the cut groove 1 to crush the pipe 4.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1996,JPO
