PURPOSE:To enable a form to be drawn off to be separated from concrete without oscillating the form excessively, regarding a form drawing-off attach ment and a form drawing-off service vehicle. CONSTITUTION:On an automatically running truck 1, an overhanging beam 2 is supported, and at the front end section of the overhanging beam 2, a tilt mast 3 is supported to be oscillated to the front and rear. On the tilt mast 3, a hanger assembly 8 is supported to be moved up and down, and hanger pins 82 to be engaged with or removed from a form 10 are arranged on the hanger assembly 8. Besides, a tilt cylinder 4 for oscillating the tilt mast 3 to be driven, and a moving-up/down driving gear 6 for moving the hanger assembly 8 up or down to be driven are arranged.
