MOLDED BODY, MOLDING DIE, AND MANUFACTURE OF MOLDED BODY THEREOF, FLUID PIPING AND SENSOR

PURPOSE: To provide a resin molded body, which does not form burr and unnecessary openings in resin molding and has a second hole, which is communicated with the first hole in the inside. ;CONSTITUTION: An auxiliary die 15 forming a lateral hole 2b is held by a tip surface 14a of an auxiliary die 14 forming a vertical hole 2a and an inserted part 3. The inserted part 3 is compressed to the lower surface of the auxiliary die 15 by another auxiliary die 18 from the lower side of the inserted part 3. Resin material is injected into a cavity 16, and a resin molding part 1a is molded. A resin molded article 1, which forms a unitary body together with the inserted part, is taken out of a die main body 13. A gap is not formed between two auxiliary dies, and burr is not formed in a cavity part. Furthermore, unnecessary opening parts are not formed in the resin molded article, and it is not necessary to fill the opening part.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1996,JPO
