摘要

PURPOSE: To obtain a sintered compact having a low coefft. of friction, excellent in wear resistance and especially suitable for use as the drum of VTR. ;CONSTITUTION: This sintered compact is made of an Al alloy contg. 14-30% Si. The average grain size of Si grains existing in the matrix of the alloy is 2μm and the density is ≥99% of the true density of the Al alloy. Alloy powder is put into a compacting mold and compressed by applying 10-200MPa pressure and the resultant compact is sintered by heating to 350 to 500°C with a supplied pulsating current under pressure.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1996,JPO
