Emergency shutdown valve equipped gas filter

摘要

PURPOSE: To integrate a filter with a shut-off valve and to save a space for a filter facility by extending a valve disc for pressing a valve ball charged in a branch tube of a gas output tube out of a housing. ;CONSTITUTION: A vertically down tube 7 of a gas output tube is further extended down as a branch tube 8. A lower end of the tube 8 is covered, a valve disc 9 is inserted to protrude down from a bottom of a housing 1. An inner end of the disc 9 is mounted with a valve disc pressing base 10 to place the disc of a ball 13. At the time of emergency shut-off, when an end of the disc 9 out of the housing is hit, the base 10 is raised to a position of a broken line, the ball 13 is hit out into a channel of a gas output tube, adsorbed to a peripheral edge 15 of an inlet of a horizontal tube part of a downstream of the output tube by dynamic pressure of the channel to shut OFF the channel to the tube. In order to reset the valve, the disc 9 may be pulled, and gas pressure of supply side may be released. The ball 13 is naturally dropped in the branch tube.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1995,JPO
