PURPOSE: To provide a stereoscopic camera universal head for construction robot and an automatic tracking device with which the visual information of a remote construction robot can easily be provided to an operator. ;CONSTITUTION: When the operator vertically moves the head, a six-spindle magnetic sensor outputs a tilt signal and when the operator moves the head to swing it to right and left, a pan signal is outputted. While receiving that output signal, a controller 23 rotates a horizontal driving part 16 to perform the tilt move of left and right eye cameras 20 and 21 and rotates a vertical driving part 15 to perform the pan move of the left and right eye cameras 20 and 21. Besides, the stroke of the hydraulic actuator of a working machine is detected by a detecting means and while receiving a detecting signal detecting the position of the working machine, the controller 23 rotates the horizontal driving part 16 to perform the tilt move of the left and right eye cameras 20 and 21 and rotates the vertical driving part 15 to perform the pan move of the left and right eye cameras 20 and 21.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1996,JPO
