PURPOSE: To facilitate tent installing work by inserting a vertical lever into a support pipe to arrange clamps to a scaffold so as to be freely raised and lowered, and fixing the vertical lever in the support pipe by arranging a rail holding part on the tip of a holding arm installed on the side of the vertical lever. ;CONSTITUTION: A support pipe 11 is installed in a midway part of a column 4 by clamps 111. Next, a rail is installed on a rail holding part 126 on the upper end of a vertical lever 12, and the vertical lever 12 is raised, and pin holes 114 of the support pipe 11 are adjusted to pin holes 128 of the vertical pipe 12 in a place higher than a building. Next, the vertical lever 12 is fixed to the support pipe 11 by pins, and the rail is installed on the rail holding part 126 in a low position, and rail installing work can be made safe and secure.
