IMMUNOASSAY OF SOLUBLE FAS ANTIGEN AND MEASURING KIT THEREFOR

PURPOSE: To easily measure the concn. of a soluble Fas antigen and to foreknow and diagnose an autoimmune disease by combining a solid phase anti-Fas monoclonal antibody with a labelled second monoclonal antibody to constitute a sandwich enzyme immunoassay system. ;CONSTITUTION: A standard soluble Fas antigen is reacted with a solid phase anti-Fas monoclonal antibody wherein a anti-monoclonal antibody specifically bondable to a soluble Fas antigen is bonded to an insoluble support. A labelled second anti-Fas monoclonal antibody specifically bondable to the soluble Fas antigen is reacted with the soluble Fas antigen and the label quantity of the reaction product is measured to obtain a calibration curve. After a specimen is reacted with the solid phase anti-Fas monoclonal antibody, the labelled second anti-Fas monoclonal antibody specically bondable to the soluble Fas antigen is reacted with the soluble Fas antigen and the label quantity of the reaction product is measured to easily determine the conc. of the soluble Fas antigen in the specimen using the calibration curve.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1996,JPO
