PURPOSE: To shorten set-up and working time by allowing the upper die provided with a punch relating part and an ejector, and the lower die provided with a die relating part corresponding to the upper die and an ejector to cooperate with each other. ;CONSTITUTION: The upper die 1 is provided with a punch body 7 being freely movable vertically in a punch guide 5, and in a punch chip 19 provided on the tip of the body 7, a first ejector energized downward by a first process spring 23 is provided. Also, on the outside of the punch chip 19, a second ejector 31 energized downward by a third process spring 33 is provided. The lower die 3 is provided with a die chip 45 in a die 35, allows it to correspond to the first ejector 25 of the upper die, and in the same way, on a position corresponding to the tip part of the punch chip 19, a die ejector energized upward by a second process spring 59 is provided. Also, the tip 35T of the die 35 is provided on a position corresponding to the second ejector 31 of the upper die.
