LUBRICANT INJECTING DEVICE FOR PROPULSION PIPE

PURPOSE: To uniformly inject a lubricant throughout the whole periphery of the surroundings of a propulsion pipe and the overall length of the pipe. ;CONSTITUTION: A pressure control valve 25 is arranged in each of recessed parts 21 for injecting a lubricant formed in a plurality of the positions in a peripheral direction of the surface of the the armoring concrete layer 5 of a propulsion pipe. The inflow sides of the pressure control valves 25 are intercommunicated through a tube 23 arranged in the armoring concrete layer 5. A communication hole 24 which intercommunicates the interior of a pipe and the tube 23 and through which a lubricant 26 is fed in the tube 23 form the interior of the pipe is formed. The outflow side of each pressure control valve 25 is formed in such a manner that the lubricant 26 can be fed to the surface side of the armoring concrete layer 5 through the recessed parts 21. The pressure control valve 25 is capable of adjusting respective set pressures so that the lubricant 26 is peripherally uniformly spread.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1996,JPO
