PURPOSE:To minimize waste of a material regardless of the shape by a method wherein the width direction is transformed to the longitudinal direction and faces in the width direction each other are linked together to form a lamination structural element from a jointed continuous sheet material of a free dimension having a side which has a length with an integer-fold of a original width dimension. CONSTITUTION:A sheet material 3 of a corrugated roll 5 is pulled out from the corrugated roll 5 by means of cutting process I and cut by a length m in the width direction. The sheet material 3 is rotated by 90 deg. in the horizontal plain by a contrarotation apparatus 8 in the sheet converting process II and is transferred in a jointing process III. They are butted each other on their uncut faces and adhered through a ribbon tape 10 by means of an adhesion roller 9 to form a jointed continuous sheet material 11, which is transferred to a cutting process IV and is cut by means of a cutter 12 to form a lamination structural element 13 with specified dimensional and shape. The lamination structural element 13 is coated with an adhesive by means of a coating apparatus 15 and a laminated body 16 is formed in a piling process V and is cut in small pieces by means of cutting apparatus 17 and 18 to obtain a lamination type heat exchange element 19 with specified dimension and shape.
