PURPOSE:To obtain a transfer material and an image receiving material having stable surface lubricity by a method wherein a colorant layer is formed using at least a humidity curable siloxane-containing acrylic silicone resin as one of constituent materials and the crosslinking group of the humidity curable siloxane-containing acrylic silicone resin has a predetermined composition. CONSTITUTION:A colorant layer is formed using at least a humidity curable siloxane-containing acrylic silicone resin whose crosslinking group is a hydrolyzable silyl group represented by formula (wherein R1 is hydrogen or a 1 - 4C alkyl group and R2 is a 1 - 4C alkyl group) as one of constituent materials. The colorant layer 2 is provided on a base material 1. The colorant layer 2 and a lubricating layer 3 are laminated to the base material 1 or the colorant layer 2, an intermediate layer 4 and the lubricating layer 3 are respectively laminated to the base material 1. The colorant layer 2 is constituted of at least a dye, a binder and the humidity curable siloxane-containing acrylic silicone resin.
