METHOD FOR INSPECTING CONCEPTION POSSIBLE PERIOD WITH SALIVA

PURPOSE: To simplify inspection procedures for conception possibility and to enable even a layman to properly determine mensuration cycle in a new inspection method using saliva as a sample. CONSTITUTION: Female saliva is thinly applied to a flat plat 3 for applying saliva and is dried, then the dried thin-film-shaped saliva on the flat plate 3 is observed by an optical enlargement means 1, and the pattern of saliva observed through the optical enlargement means 1 is compared with that of a display comparison diagram 40, thus distinguishing a conception possible period, intermediate period, and non-conception period.
