IMMUNOLOGICAL MEASURING METHOD OF INSULIN-LIKE GROWTH FACTOR, AND KIT FOR MEASURING THE FACTOR

PURPOSE: To perform a large amount of specimen treatment without performing a complex operation by treating a living sample in acid solution, liberating insulin-like growth factors from insulin-like combination protein, and then using a neutral buffer liquid where a specific substance is present. ;CONSTITUTION: Before performing immunological measurement, a living sample is treated in an acid solution, insulin-like growth factor is liberated from insulin- like growth factor combination protein, and then the living sample is neutralized in a neutral buffer containing a recombination prevention agent. A living body liquid containing the insulin-like growth factor(IGF), for example, serum and urine, is used for the living body sample. For example, hydrochloric acid or a buffer liquid consisting of glycine is used for an acid solution for liberating the combination protein. For example, 8-anilino-1-naphthalenesulfonic acid with affinity with IGF combination protein are used for a recombination prevention agent added to the neutral buffer liquid.
