PURPOSE:To supply load information and automatically perform limit or stop of load follow-up operation by recording and controlling load state and its cumulative history of nuclear power plant facilities and components added by the use of load follow-up operation with a computer. CONSTITUTION:In the case of AFC operation, it is supervised in a central power supply control room 6, AFC instructing signals S2 are transmitted to each power generating unit from the control room 6 in accordance with system frequency deviation signals S1 fluctuating by balance of need and supply of electricity, sent to a load follow-up operation controller 7 set in a nuclear power plant 1, electric output modifying signals S3 are calculated and transmitted to an output controller 2i. In the case of day load operation, opening modifying instructions for a main steam governor 2h are calculated to transmit them to the output controller 2i according to operator's demand input from an input device 11 or according to deviation from normal value of turbine speed signals S7 in the case of GF operation.
