PURPOSE:To improve operability by adding and registering an input completing key and releasing a key registration with a releasing instruction equipped with a registering releasing key name at a prescribed key registering/releasing instruction word, by executing the registering instruction equipped with a registering key name and function information to the prescribed key registering instruction word. CONSTITUTION:When an input completion key is added and registered, a registering instruction 31 is prepared and activated as one of user programs 3. The instruction 31 is equipped with a key name to be registered and the function information given to this at a prescribed key registering instruction word and the instruction is executed to a processor control program 4. Then, the program 4 re-writes the flag of said key of a key information table 91 in an input device memory 9 in accordance with the instruction. Next, when registration is released, the key name to be released is equipped at the key registering releasing instruction and the registering releasing is instructed to the program 4. Then, the program 4 re-writes the flag of said key of the key information table 91 to a releasing side in accordance with the instruction. Thus, the processing of the releasing is completed.
