ONE-PART LIQUID ADHESIVE AND LAMINATE USING THE SAME

PURPOSE: To prepare a one-part liquid adhesive which has viscosity hardly changing over a long term and is excellent in initial tack, adhesive power, and heat resistance and to provide a laminate with a good appearance. ;CONSTITUTION: This one-part liquid adhesive is prepd. by dissolving or dispersing a thermoplastic polyester urethane resin having a number average mol.wt. of 10,000-1,000,000, a polyisocyanate, a drying agent, and a polyol having a number average mol.wt. of 500-10.000 or a coumarone-indene resin or a rosin ester resin in a solvent. The isocyanate equivalent of the polyisocyanate is higher than the sum of the hydroxyl equivalents of the urethane resin and the polyol. The sum of the amts. of the coumarone-indene resin and the rosin ester resin is 10-200wt.% of the amt. of the urethane resin.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1996,JPO
