PURPOSE: To electrically monitor whether or not photoperiodic control is performed and to prevent an accident from happening by connecting a monitor switch and an abnormality detection switch in series and connecting them to an alarm generator, and thus constituting an abnormality detecting circuit. ;CONSTITUTION: The abnormality detecting circuit C₁ is constituted by connecting the monitor switch S₁ and abnormality detection switch S₂ in series and connecting them to the buzzer device 11. The monitor switch S₁ is closed by a monitor timer T₁ only in a specific time zone in one day and the abnormality detection switch S₂ is closed only when an electric lamp group L does not illuminate. If the electric lamp group L does not illuminate even in the illumination time zone of the electric lamp group L owing to some fault, the abnormality detection switch S₂ is closed and the monitor timer T₁ closes the monitor switch S₂ in this illumination time zone to close the abnormality detecting circuit C₁, so the alarm generator generates an alarm.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1996,JPO
