BURNER FOR TESTING SOLID PROPELLANT VIBRATION COMBUSTION CHARACTERISTIC

PURPOSE:To provide a burner for testing solid propellant vibration combustion characteristic which causes reliable vibration combustion even to a solid propellant hardly causing vibration combustion and which is sharply reduces the cost of a device. CONSTITUTION:A combustion nozzle 12 is fixed to one end of a combustion cylinder 11 and the other end is closed by a cover 14. First and second grain parts 21 and 22 with which a sleeve 25 made of iron is filled are disposed in the vicinity of a cover 14 and the nozzle 12, respectively and a partition plate 23 in which small holes 24 are formed is disposed at a boundary part therebetween.
