摘要

PURPOSE: To enable complicated control by exciting gas with electromagnetic wave, and emitting a phosphor thereby enabling the utilization of a semiconductor electronic circuit. ;CONSTITUTION: Electromagnetic wave are generated from a lead wire 2 by letting high frequency currents from a generator 1 to a lead wire 2, and by this electromagnetic wave, the gas inside the insulator 3 including a microcapsule containing gas is excited to generate an ultraviolet ray. A phosphor 4 is made to emit light by this ultraviolet ray. The film 5 consisting of a transparent conductive film, an ultraviolet ray absorbing film, and a cover film passes only the visible light.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1996,JPO
