RUBBER COMPOSITION AND RUBBER PRODUCT FOR MEDICAL TREATMENT AND DRUGS AS WELL AS APPLIANCE FOR MEDICAL TREATMENT AND DRUGS

PURPOSE: To obtain rubber products which met the requirements stipulated in test items and quality standards specified in official documents by compounding a compd. having acryloyl groups, methacryloyl groups or itaconoyl groups with isobutyrene/isoprene copolymer based rubber at a specific ratio and making it possible to cross-link this rubber without compounding an org. peroxide therewith. ;CONSTITUTION: The compd. having ≥2 pieces of the acryloyl groups, methacryloyl groups or itaconoyl groups in one molecule is compounded at 0.2 to 30 pts.wt. with 100 pts.wt. isobutyrene/isoprene copolymer based rubber and the rubber composition is made to be cross-linked without compounding the org. peroxide therewith. The isobutyrene/isoprene copolymer based rubber is incorporated into the rubber composition for medical treatment and drugs at 50 to 93wt.% of the total weight thereof. Further, an inorg. reinforcing agent and/or filler is compounded therewith at 0.5 to 30 pts.wt. of the total weight thereof. Heavy metal compds. are not compounded therewith.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1996,JPO
