PURPOSE: To improve a conversion efficiency, a power factor, and a power supply high harmonic rate by connecting three input terminals consisting of two single-phase input AC terminals and a third terminal to the AC input terminal of a three-phase all-wave bridge, constituting a three-phase rectification circuit in a pseudo manner, and generating a three-phase all-wave rectification output waveform. CONSTITUTION: The one terminal of a capacitor is connected to one input terminal of a single-phase AC input terminal and one terminal of a choke coil is connected to the other input terminal. The connection point between the other terminal of the capacitor and the other terminal of the choke coil is used as a third terminal. The three input terminals consisting of the two single-phase AC input terminals and the third terminal are connected to the AC input terminal of the three-phase all-wave bridge rectification circuit. Then, the values of the capacitor and the choke coil are selected according to a DC load resistor connected to a DC output terminal, a three- phase rectification circuit is configured in a pseudo manner, and a three-phase all-wave output waveform is generated.
