PURPOSE: To efficiently perform penetration work by providing a penetration light guide part larger than the bar diameter on the tip of a bar-like reinforcing material, and forming a clearance between the inner wall of a drilled ground hole and the outer circumference of the bar-like reinforcing material. ;CONSTITUTION: A bar-like reinforcing material 1 is formed by providing a large diameter part 2, a knot part 3, a flange part 4, and the like larger than the bar diameter, on the tip of the bar, using a hollow bar and providing the chemical liquid jet ports of coagulant inside, so as to generate a little clearance between the inner wall of the drilled hole after drilling and the outer circumference of the bar-like reinforcing material 1.
