PURPOSE:To automatically wind a wire and dissolve the drooping of the wire to a work place by transmitting the delivering force of the wire generated when it is hauled by a jacking device to a winding drum via a wire guiding means to rotate it. CONSTITUTION:A cylindrical winding drum 52 with a wire inlet section opened at one end is rotatably arranged at the upper section of a jacking device 10. A wire guiding means 57 constituted of multiple sheaves 60 and a sheave fixing plate 58 is provided facing the wire inlet section, and the wire 18 is fed into the winding drum 52 while being circulated. The forward end of the wire 18 hauled upward by the jacking device 10 is fixed at the deepest section in the winding drum 52. The winding drum 52 is rotated by utilizing the force of the advancing wire 18 according to this constitution, and the wire 18 is wound interlockingly with the jacking device 10.
