PURPOSE: To enable the execution of delivery work without hindrance even when a failure is generated in a specific number of automated warehouse by switching each number of receiving automated warehouse in turn every sort of arrival goods so as to distribute the goods to plurality of warehouses. ;CONSTITUTION: When arrival goods arrive at a warehousing station, the classification and quantity of the arrival goods are first inputted by warehousing acceptance function 1, and then the numbers of housing automated warehouses are selected from a warehouse number selecting table 5 by housing automated warehouse number selecting function 2 on the basis of the classificastion of the arrival goods. Conveying path selecting and conveyance instructing control function 3 then selects appropriate conveying paths from the warehousing station to the selected numbers of automated warehouses and instructs conveying equipment so as to convey the arrival goods from the warehousing station to the selected numbers of automated warehouses. At the time of selecting the warehouse numbers, the automated warehouse numbers are switched in turn and selected by the same sort of goods and every arrival goods, and the respective arrival goods are distributed and housed in all the numbers of automated warehouses.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1996,JPO
