PURPOSE:To hold a sample in a state that a contact resistance is stable by inserting and holding the outside peripheral part of the sample placed coaxial type jig pieces butted to each other of a shield effect measuring jig for an electromagnetic wave shield material by external conductors of both the jig pieces, and inserting and holding the inside peripheral part of the sample by a head part of one internal conductors and the other internal conductor. CONSTITUTION:A shield effect measuring jig is constituted of coaxial type jig pieces A, B coupled to each other, and internal conductors 2a, 2b of one jig piece A or B are constituted of head members 21a, 21b of the internal conductors 2a, 2b connected so as to be freely slidable to each other and lead members 22a, 22b of the internal conductor 2a. The outside peripheral part of a sample T placed between both these jig pieces A, B is inserted and held by external conductors 1a, 1b of both the jig pieces A, B. The inside peripheral part of this sample T is inserted and held by the head members 21a, 21b of the internal conductors 2a, 2b, and the sample T is inserted and held in a state that a contact resistance is stable.
