PURPOSE: To make the simultaneous release of key management members possible by using an emergency unlocking key. ;CONSTITUTION: Locking/unlocking claw portions 25 to conduct the locking/unlocking of inserted key management members 4 are provided respectively at key management member insertion portions 5 into which plural key management members 4 fitted with keys respectively are inserted. An electrical drive portion to move locking/ unlocking claw portions 25 selectively to locking positions or unlocking positions is controlled by means of a control portion and conducts the locking or unlocking of a desired locking/unlocking claw portion. A lock mechanism 7 to be unlocked by means of an emergency unlocking key operates the operation piece 41 of an unlocking mechanism and is moved in linkage at the time of unlocking by means of the emergency unlocking key, and moves all locking/unlocking claw portions 25 to unlocking positions and conducts the simultaneous unlocking of key management members. Accordingly, the simultaneous take out of key management members at the time of maintenance checkup becomes possible. The efficiency of maintenance checkup can be improved, and even in such cases as power failure and circuit disorder, management at the time of emergency can be carried out.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1993,JPO&Japio
