REGULAR PACKING MATERIAL FOR GAS-LIQUID CONTACT EQUIPMENT AND PRODUCTION THEREOF

PURPOSE: To provide a packing material optimum split shape into which a part of a necessary packing material is precedingly producible before the diameter of a packed tower is decided in the production of a regular packing material for a large-sized gas-liquid contact apparatus having a circular cross section. ;CONSTITUTION: A precedingly produced packing material A is formed so as to have dimensions (b), (h) not requiring a process enabling preceding production before the diameter of a packed tower is decided and performing re-molding in matching relation to the shape of the packed tower after the diameter of the packed tower is decided and the whole of the packing material is constituted so as to have a size considering assembling, feeding and workability such as the incorporation into the packed tower. Therefore, much equipment investment or the prospective production of an intermediate product is not required and a necessary packing material can be produced without bringing about the short- term concn. of work, the delay of the appointed data of delivery or the deterioration of workability and an inexpensive packing material can be provided.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1996,JPO
