PURPOSE: To provide a rib stitch pattern Jacquard circular knitting machine which can form knitted fabrics simultaneously having loop transfer stitch construction and lace stitch structures. ;CONSTITUTION: Loop transfer stitch needles for transferring loops and half needles for forming lace stitch are used and combined so that a tilted cylinder selectively push up the loop transfer stitch needles and the half needles. The rib stitch pattern Jacquard circular knitted fabric simultaneously having loop transfer stitch tissues and hole tissues such as lace stitch is formed. The arrangements of the loop transfer stitch needles and the half needles are changed in response to the difference in the pattern of a knitted fabric to be needed. A rib stitch pattern Jacquard circular knitted fabric not having the hole construction can be formed. The rib stitch pattern Jacquard circular knitted fabric containing one or two kinds of the hole tissues, and the rib stitch pattern Jacquard circular knitted fabric having small and large lace stitch tissues on one or both the surfaces are formed.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1996,JPO
