METALLIC ROOF TILE BAR AND ROOFING STRUCTURE OF METALLIC ROOF USING THIS

PURPOSE: To facilitate fixation to a roof substrate by arranging fixing projecting piece parts projecting outside from respective vertical surface parts of a roof tile bar in a condition of being put on the same plane with a horizontal surface part. ;CONSTITUTION: In a roof tile bar 1, vertical surface parts 12 and 12 are bent and formed on both left and right sides of a horizontal surface part 11 contacting with a roof backing G. Fixing projecting piece parts 14 are formed in these respective vertical surface parts every other single pitch of notches 13 in a condition of being partially cut upward to the outside, and are put on the same plane with the horizontal part 11. In a reinforcing material 3, groove parts 16 and 16 are bent and formed in a folded-back structure on both left and right sides of a circular arc-shaped curved top part 15, and its lower end is brought into contact with the support edge (e) of the roof tile bar 1, and is laid in a condition where the vertical surface parts 12 and 12 of the roof tile bar 1 are sandwiched by side edge parts 17 and 17. A wrapping material 4 has a top part 20 similar to a top part 15 of the reinforcing material 3, and wholly covers the reinforcing material 3, a rising part 23 of a roof plate 2 on both left and right sides and the roof tile bar 1 by being laid from above while sandwiching leftward rising parts 23 and 23 of the roof plate 2 in the lengthwise direction on its lower side part by its side parts 21 and 21.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1996,JPO
