PURPOSE: To improve air permeation and water discharge and, at the same time, to make free from the disturbance of growing and spreading of roots with a raised bottom by widening the opening area of through holes of a culture pot for culturing an orchid, etc., accordingly to enable the culture of a high quality plant and further to stabilize the pots when they are arranged in a planting pot by increasing the contact surface by constructing the culture pots in an easily deformable manner. ;CONSTITUTION: A raised bottom 2 of an inverd cylinder having a bottom upward is protruded inward at the central part from the bottom l of a cylindrical culture pot P. Specified number of trough holes 3, 3... are formed in the radial directions from the peripheral wall 21 of the raised bottom 2 toward bottom 1 of the culture pot P.
