摘要

PURPOSE: To estimate the physical properties of a composite material wherein a large number of fibers are oriented discretely with high precision by inputting orientation distribution data consisting of the angles of orientation of respective fibers and adding and operating tensor in accordance with the inputted orientation distribution data. ;CONSTITUTION: The fundamental data of the single elements of fibers and matrices constituting a composite material is inputted and first tensor composed of the physical properties of the respective single elements and second tensor defining imaginary strain for regarding fibers as enclosures equivalent to the matrices are operated on the basis of the fundamental data. The third tensor showing the physical properties of the composite material is operated on the basis of these operated first and second tensors and the physical properties of the composite material are estimated on the basis of the third tensor. Herein, orientation distribution data composed of the angles of orientation of the respective fibers is inputted and the first and second tensors are added and operated in accordance with the inputted orientation distribution data to operate the third tensor.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1995,JPO
