METHOD FOR MEASURING OIL MIXTURE RATE AND METHOD FOR JUDGING DEFECT AND NON-DEFECT OF CABLE INSULATING OIL

PURPOSE: To provide a method for judging defect and non-defect of the cable insulating oil for the OF cable or the like by utilizing the method for measuring oil mixture rate of each mixture oil component on the basis of the reflectance index of the mixture oil. ;CONSTITUTION: In an OF cable, in which the filing oil and the cable impregnant oil having different characteristic from each other are used as the insulating oil, change of the characteristic of the insulating oil due to the diffusion of the filling oil and the cable impregnant oil is monitored by sampling the cable impregnant oil or the filling oil in the OF cable, and measuring the reflectance index thereof, and on the other hand, the mixture rate of each oil component of the sampled cable impregnant oil or the sampled filling oil on the basis of the relation characteristic line of the mixture rate and the reflectance index of the filling oil and the cable impregnant oil, which are previously obtained, and detect and non-defect of the cable insulating oil is judged on the basis of these mixture rate.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1996,JPO
