PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an extruder reduced in the damage of a fiber by providing two mixing wings in the vicinity of the circumferences of disks at an angular distance equal to that of the mutually opposed front parts of the disks and providing a gap while rotating the disks in a state engaged with each other and passing by each other. SOLUTION: Mixing wings 40, 41 are fixed to the front parts 39 adjacent to the ring cylinders 36 of ring disks 30 and have outer flanks 42 flush with the circumferencial surfaces 34 of the respective ring disks 30. The mixing wings 40, 41 are arranged at equal angular distances (d) on symmetric planes 51. The inner flanks 45 of two mixing wings 40, 41 of two mixing elements 21, 22 are rotated so as to pass each other by two and shafts 3, 4 have the same rotary direction 29. They are flat and form the split lines related to the cylindrical circumferential surfaces 34 of the ring disks 30. In the case of the whole overlap of two correlated mixing wings 40, 41, the inner flanks 45 of two mixing wings 40, 41 extend mutually in parallel while leaving a gap.
