PURPOSE:To set and change a condition in accordance with a purpose, and to increase processing speed by using a fuzzy inference and distributing a control rule into plural numbers. CONSTITUTION:A fuzzy knowledge base 24 and a fuzzy inference mechanism 26 are provided. A matrix table and various membership functions are stored in the fuzzy knowledge base 24 by a deviation in direction of a left input means 12 and a right input means 14 with respect to a measurement point. An angle displacing means 16 and a position displacing means 18 are controlled by the fuzzy inference, so that the left input means 12 and the right input means 14 are face in the direction of the measurement point at an equal angle. Thus, the control becomes simple and easy, and the processing can be executed quickly.
