FOREIGN MATTER INSERTION PREVENTING STRUCTURE OF COIN RETURNING PORT

PURPOSE: To provide a foreign matter insertion preventing structure of a coin returning port capable of making the insertion of foreign matter difficult, by narrowing a clearance even in a state where an opening and closing plate is half opened, and capable of facilitating the taking-out of returned coin. ;CONSTITUTION: The coin returning port 1 prevents a foreign matter from being inserted by providing an opening and closing plate 6 which is supported freely rotatably to the coin returning port 1 and a first projection piece 4 which projects by inclining downward from the wall surface on the opposite side to the opening and closing plate 6 of the coin returning port 1 to a coin returning route 8. In the coin returning port 1, the face of the opening and closing plate 6 opposed to the first projection piece 4 is provided with a second projection piece 3 projecting by inclining downward to the coin returning route 8 so that the first and second projection pieces 4 and 3 abut on each other at the rotating position of an angle smaller than the largest rotation angle of the opening and closing plate 6 to close the coin returning route 8.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1996,JPO
