摘要

PURPOSE: To prevent cold water from being frozen by connecting a high pressure part to an evaporator through an opening/closing valve and providing power interrup tion detection means for detecting power interruption to open the opening/closing valve. ;CONSTITUTION: Once a power interruption detector 8 detects power interruption and is turned on, an opening/closing valve 9 is opened. Thereupon, high pressure nitrogen gas in a nitrogen bomb 10 enters an evaporator 1 and hence the inside of the evaporator 1 is made high pressure. Accordingly, the boiling point is raised and evaporation is suppressed to cause the operation of a freezer to be interrupted and hereby prevent cold water from being frozen. In succession, as the power interruption detector 8 detects power supply and is turned off, the opening/closing valve 9 is closed and an extraction device 11 is operated. Accordingly, the nitrogen gas in the evaporator 1 is exhausted to permit the inside thereof to be made low pressure whereby the boiling point is lowered and evaporation is started to actuate the operation of the freezer. Although the above-described gas is not limited to inactive gas such as nitrogen, inactive gas is used in order to prevent any impurity from being dissolved into clean cold water.
